Refund and Returns Policy

At Haff Camp, operating as modernstylehub.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Sale items or items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are also non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +14685532055 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days after inspection.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If Rejected: If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, missing parts), we reserve the right to deny the refund. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, we may cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a pickup.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
